Nortech Computers Can fix all your pc problems, Just bring in your pc and will repair or upgrade it in our workshop - Can't get it in to us - NO PROBLEM we'll collect your PC do the work and drop it back to you when it is finished, alternatively we can come to you and do repairs in your business or home. We currently have a shop full of all things computer related, if we haven't got what you want just ask and we can order items in for you, often the next day.

WARNING
This shop will not refund you, even if you have a receipt. When attempting to return a substandard keyboard and mouse I had bought a few weeks previously I was refused the £20 refund, despite all parts being present and like new. When I questioned this logic the owner accused me of wasting their time. He then became rude and abusive, pushing my shoulder, getting in my face and threatening physical violence unless I left the premises. He took the keyboard and mouse and left it outside on the street. This is an entirely unreasonable way to treat a customer of several years, and I will not be returning. Avoid, avoid, avoid. What legends at Nortech! I can't recommend them highly enough. They have fixed our system and saved our business software, sorted out Microsoft office and sorted a new hard drive for us. I can't recommend roger and Barry enough, even though I was the biggest pain in the a**e for 2 weeks, they kept helping me and got to the fix.

Visited a couple of weeks ago to ask about a small photograph being scanned into a poster to be used beside mum's coffin, was done there and then, I paid and was rang later the same day to tell me it was ready, when I collected it I was more than happy, well done Nortech.

Trying to get the kids off their devices I asked them to tidy up. When pulling out the TV unit to clean we managed to break a plug. Which just happened to be the router plug. Great for getting the kids off their devices but not so good for me working from home. Spoke to my broadband provider who are sending a new router in 3-5 working days. Not so good when payroll has to go to the bank next Thursday. Panic what do I do.
Call Nortech. They come and pick up the broken plug and router. Take it back to the shop. Check that the new plug they have is the correct voltage settings etc and powers up the router. Drop back router and new power cable. Back working by mid afternoon.
Not all hero's wear capes. Fantastic service from Nortech and much appreciation from me.
