We know that we're dealing with your affairs and your monies, so we adopt strict procedures when negotiating on behalf of customers, whether it is managing a Debt Management Plan, negotiating a complete and final settlement or correct a credit file. A Debt Management plan may not be appropriate in all circumstances. If your debts are greater than J10, 000 an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) may be appropriate. If we think an IVA may be appropriate we'll direct a client to licensed insolvency practitioners who can assit.
