N J Houlihan Associates (NJHA) was incorporated in November 2004 by its founder Neil Houlihan. Neil studied at University of Salford and and worked as a Building Surveyor with WS Atkins, Europes biggest supplier of Professional Services & seventh biggest Design Firm in the world. NJHA supplies a turnkey service to its customers that starts with early concept advice, assistance with selecting the finest location and fast accurate budget costings for the project. Initial concept ideas are expanded into detailed specifications supported with preliminary drawings for customer approval, these are then worked up into detailed designs working closely within the customers brief.
