Niven and his team are 5*. I came to Neighbour about a year and half ago after having a horrid time with my previous agent. They currently manage 4 of my properties and they have been excellent to deal with. They are super efficient in getting any maintenance done and keeping me in the loop. I can't recommend Neighbour enough, after my house not selling for months with a well known agent, Niven and his team sold it within two weeks. Niven was really easy to deal with compared to my previous agent and his honest approach was refreshing. I'm so glad I decided to put my sale in their hands. I can't thank Neighbour enough. We bought a BTL through Neighbour about 8 months ago and we are currently using their management service for the lettings. Both sides of the buying and letting process has been impressive. They were very proactive during the buying process always keeping me up to date and chasing all parties involved. I found they were always on top of everything. There management has been superb, what they have promised they have delivered and both Niven and Shari are amazing, so happy we found Neighbour. Brilliant service all round.

Best estate agents in the whole area by far. Unlike most big franchises, they have local market knowledge, are responsive and show personal accountability all the time. I have been Niven's customer for several years and cannot appreciate enough Niven's and his team's dedication and professionalism. They have been excellent at finding good tenants, helpful to both owner and tenants and proactive in solving problems. They are good value too and I can't recommend them strongly enough if you a need estate agents in the area.
