There's no prize for guessing that we love flame grilled PERi-PERi-chicken. It makes our world go round! Whether you are eating in out restaurants or getting a take-away, the very taste of our famous PERi-PERi-chicken and the warmth and pride with which we provide it, are proof of our passion. But what is PERi-PERi and where do our chickens come from? All our entire chickens are farmed in the UK and delivered FRESH (never frozen) to our restaurants. To give you the great PERi-PERi-taste all our chickens are marinated for 24 hours in our natural PERi-PERi sauce.
