After being referred from Plllar to Post finally got to Tom Carr. He made all the difference. responded with quick and clear answers on what upto that point looked like a losing cause about hard to find XKR adaptive shockers. Tom solved the problem in no time at all and the overseas shipment arrived before I expected it to. Remarkable!

Damaged on Arrival! The goods and packing were damaged on arrival. The company were very sorry and a repacement or a refund. Due to the delicate nature of the item, i couldn't risk the same happening. The refund followed with 10 days. Shame, the repalcement part was exactly right and would have been an exact match to the original

I ordered the bolt I needed online which was a simple, easy to use site. Unfortunately I had only ordered 1 instead of 2. On realising my mistake I contacted Customer services who were extremely helpful in putting another bolt on my order. I even received a parts diagram from them to ensure I had got the right part. I paid the difference for the extra bolt and a few days later they arrived. A great company with great Customer Serviceand I give them a well earned 5 stars.

Tom was incredibly helpful and can't recommend Myton enough. I was looking for a rare part (mechatronic) for my F-Type in Dubai. After scouring the local and international markets, I was really struggling to source one, as were the dealership. I stumbled across Myton and within a few hours of making contact, the part was shipped from the UK to Dubai, and within a few days the car was fixed and working perfectly (after 4 months out). I have been ordering from Myton for a couple of months now, and considering that my locale is in Southeast Asia, their customer service has been just amazing. My Customer Support contact Tom has been extremely helpful as well in identifying the right part(s), for my unit, even if some details (like part numbers) were not available on my end. I have never had a delayed order shipment; most of the time it even came in a couple of days early. Great job Myton, and keep up the quality service!
