1973: Established as a student organization, to cover the requirements of oversea students in Britain. Students coming from Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, benefiting from services such as accommodation, library resources and social activities1975: Muslim Welfare House Trust becomes a registered charity. Students donate a building at 86 Stapleton Hall (Haringey) for the sole benefit of the Trust's activities. MWH expands by providing religious activities which includes a monthly lecture by prominent scholars and speakers on both academic and current affairs topics.
