With hundreds of staff on site and a 24-7 shift operation, the volume and ever-changing nature of company information was challenging and the successful system had to be extremely flexible and adaptable. We presented our Connex System, a fully scaleable display system, with interchangeable graphics and boards. A key feature of this system is the ease of which it can be scaled up or down, with additional sections easily added on and a range of materials available to mount onto the sections such as dry-wipe, Velcro compatible material, permanent vinyl lettering for headings/columns and branding.

read moreThis means we can feed the long side of a B1 print and provide a 35% faster turnaround than a typical B1 laminator. Multimount, now part of the White Ghost Group along with Cuttingedge. We have just shoe-horned a new CNC router into one of our units to increase our sheet handling capabilities and production capacity. The new machine has a 6 square metre bed and, as with our existing machine, is designed to handle all manner of metal, wood and plastic substrates up to 180mm thick. Custom-built for Multimount, the new machine dramatically increases our output and includes a pneumatic six-tool auto-changer which facilitates the execution of more complicated operations, faster.
