Moorlands is an attractive Georgian house, near the middle of Hutton Village and standing in about 1 1/2 acres of mature landscaped gardens and paddock. The village lies under the steep, wooded slopes of the western Mendips, where superb walking gifts sea views as far as Exmoor and the hills of South Wales. The house is centrally heated and has 5 en-suite rooms and 2 standard. There are separate WCs and bathrooms on two floors. One ground floor en-suite room is suitable for the less mobile.
