History
read moreMoor Allerton Golf Club was founded in 1923 (course designed by Dr. Alastair Mackenzie) and members continued to play golf on the original site, Nursery Lane in the Moor Allerton district of Leeds, until 1970. In 1970, due to the demand for membership, the club relocated to it's current site near the village of Wike in North Leeds, 10 minutes drive from the original site. The course was designed by the renowned golf course architect Robert Trent-Jones Senior. Our overriding objective is to provide a golfing experience second to none in the county of Yorkshire.
