Head chef Matt Warburton has been with us since the beginning and has gained a talented staff of young chefs hungry for success and recognition within the area and beyond. Born in Cambridge, Matt re situated to the Midlands at the age of 9 when his father moved jobs. Matt's 1st experience of catering was at Swinfen Hall Hotel as a pot washer while attending college with the intention of joining the Police force. That idea was soon put on the back burner by local chef and restaurateur Paul Gilmore who took Matt to Birmingham to his eponymous restaurant in the jewellery quarter.
