Milbank Floors was founded by Geoffrey Milbank at Howe Street, Chelmsford, Essex to manufacture precast flooring products to his own design. Milbank Floors was bought out of Administration by a Management led staff consisting of Sean Milbank, Andrew Mayne, David Costin and Simon Karr. Operating from the Earls Colne site and trading as Milbank the tradition of delivering practical, cost effective precast concrete solutions is maintained.
