The driver will gladly provide extra assistance where necessary but may also require the customer to provide additional assistance if the item is bulky and/or heavy. Large items may incur an extra charge if a porter is required to accompany the driver. Unlike many companies that will travel back from a long distance, such as Ireland, empty, and so, in effect charge their customers the costs for both directions.
