We have designed most types of accommodation for different Housing Associations from multi storey apartments to high dependency bungalows, we bring into design stage different appropriate consultants to ensure all matters are considered early on so any cost implications can be discussed.

read moreWe have carried out several refurbishments on behalf of Plus Dane Housing Association across the North West that were primarily for multi occupancy high dependency units, people with special needs and requirements. The existing buildings were in a state of poor repair and needed completely refurbishing and updating including the garden areas. They are now occupied by several residents in safe comfortable accommodation. As with all renovations you cannot see what's underneath the fabric of the building so using our experience of carrying out many renovations we were able to anticipate and make allowances for difficulties not necessarily highlighted in the specification and plans prepared by others.
