The reason for the first session taking this long is to allow Mark to question you on different aspects of your health. Questions will cover your condition or main complaint, bodily functions, medical history and lifestyle. Mark will examine your pulse and tongue and perform a physical examination if necessary. This information is used to build up a holistic picture of you, that is how the different parts of your body and mind are working together.
