Tiny Thai Boxing
read moreFollowing along similar lines to our Junior Thai Boxing class but for even younger students, a slightly shorter lesson at 45 minutes but still as much fun and educational as the bigger kids class! This class is a safe and fun class aimed at those new to the sport. The class teaches the juniors the basics of the sport such as how to stand, the different types of punches and kicks, how to use all the equipment, how to warm up and cool down. In this class the children will also learn what is expected of them in terms of fitness and discipline, the class encourages self confidence and allows for the Junior members to enjoy the benefits of basic self defence.
Thai Boxing
read moreThis is a class for those who wish to take their abilities to the next level and possibly compete as a Muay Thai fighter. It is designed to see how far your technique coupled with the bag and pad-work has improved. The sparring classes are controlled but do involve heavier contact; as a result of this you must wear protective equipment in order to take part. Your previous skills will be built upon using advanced techniques.

Mixed Boxing
read moreThe mixed level class can either be for individuals who want to start the sport or for those people who wish to improve their fitness and technique. Beginners will learn how to stand, how to position your hands and feet, defend and strike using jabs, straight, hooks and upper cuts; while those more advanced people will be pushed using a greater repertoire of boxing techniques. Always under the coach's watchful eye, you hit bags, work on pads and spar. The mixed class is as demanding as you like depending on how hard you work and eventually you will be stronger, leaner, and fitter.
