Business Consultant in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire MAGELA Consultants was established 20 years ago by Matthew Last after a career in international trading and sales, followed by an MBA at City University Business School. MAGELA focused initially on marketing consultancy and training but speedily developed wider expertise in business strategy, leadership and management development. Rapid growth brought a bigger staff of consultants and a diverse customer base Early on we were asked to design and deliver development programmes in local government and police forces.
