Lynx Property Maintenance has been created as a firm since 1993, although the firm manager; Philip Trevett has had over three decades knowledge in the building trade. We use paid employees and a well-founded staff of sub-contractors who are all qualified in the relevant trades and are very reliable. We belong to the Federation of Master Builders and the Fair Trades Association. Membership of the Fair Trades Association relies on being constantly vetted and feedback is required from customers of completed jobs to establish reliability and a nice standard of workmanship.
