Our customer call on-site paging system allows customers to browse on the premises, and when you need to recall them (for any particular service) then simply press a button and they will return. A new enhancement of this system is our new CS7 pagers that are now two way transmission and the system 'knows' whether the pager actually received the recall message. Competitive systems do not have those features. Of course, these pagers can be used to recall patients in a busy hospital or even used for logistics to call drivers to bays - the uses are endless.
Guest Sessions is a new application that allows users of customer call systems to visually see wait times and set target times for service levels. Importantly, this new iPad app collects data that can report key metrics so that companies can improve efficiencies and increase quality of service.
Our waiter paging systems are used throughout the UK to call waiters to the kitchen in restaurants when the food is ready to be served - great for reducing food loss from cold food deliveries and improving table turns.
Table Tracker is a product developed for fast casual restaurants that can show staff exactly where customers are seated for faster food delivery. Importantly, TT also collects data and can show the company key metrics not obtainable in any other way. TT is currently the leading solution for table location in restaurants.

Great product, great service
We required a system to inform customers when their orders were ready for our busy cafe. A quick google search brought me to LRS UK. I was worried whether the system would work here in Ireland but from my initial inquiry, Phil has been a pleasure to deal with and I really appreciate the follow up calls from him to make sure we were happy with the product. We ordered the pager system with the coasters, and they have been the perfect solution to our busy cafe. I would have no problem in using this company again should our needs require us to do so.
