Leasemethod Management ltd was set up in Birmingham in the 1980's and has expanded from managing the personal stand alone buildings of our associate investment firms, to the substantial portfolio of purpose built mixed-use developments in central and S-W Birmingham which is currently worth over J20m. LMM has founded a great reputation and a lot of knowledge in both domestic and commercial property, and as a result now owns and manages a range of mixed-use developments incorporating a commercial property portfolio of offices, retail and bar/restaurant units.
