Little Weghill Farm
Guest House in Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire
The house and farm buildings were built in 1777. We can be assured of the date as it has been inscribed into a brick in the barn, this is the year the Enclosure Act came into force in Preston. The farm has a waymarked walk through its fields, with others close by. Locally produced village walk maps are available from the farm, as are ordnance survey maps. A recent barn conversion has open beams, latched doors and pleasant rustic charm and features purpose built ground floor accommodation with disabled access and shower room. Each room has its own separate outside entrance so guests can come and go freely. Sit on the bench outside the Cow House and watch the wonderful views of the sunset across the open fields, or relax in the garden and listen to the bird song.
