Lighthouse Inn
Restaurant in Norwich, Norfolk
The tenancy of the Lighthouse Inn was taken over in April 1989 by Steve Bullimore and the freehold purchased in November that year, introducing Walcott's 1st Free House. In the last 20 years The Lighthouse Inn has made many improvements, with even more planned for the future. During this time the Lighthouse Inn has earned a reputation of serving nice quality meals. Sue, Ruthie, Richard and their hardworking staff pride themselves in producing value and quality for money food, using fresh locally grown vegetables and quality British meat, with which we make our daily pie-specials, using our home-made pastry. Fresh locally caught fish is delivered daily.

Walcott, which was originally part of the village of Has Bro (which was largely lost to the sea in the late 19thCentury) has become an independent village from the newly-named Happisburgh, which is home to one of the most famous lighthouses on the UK coastline. Our pub, and next-door campsite, is just a ten-minute walk from the beach and clifftop path, offering a friendly, relaxed place to sit and chat, eat fresh locally-produced food cooked on the premises, and be refreshed by our great range of beers, wines and soft drinks.
