Lazarou Brothers Hair Group was formed in 1966 with the opening of its first salon in Riverside, Cardiff by older brothers Steve & Jimmy Lazarou. Shortly followed into the business by younger brothers Laz, the late Tass with wife Maria, George, Mario with wife Harri and Sister Androulla with husband Mario.Meeting the needs of the growing demand in the market place for good quality unisex salons the Lazarou Group began to expand during the 1970s and the opening of their first city centre salon in the now former location at Morgan Arcade, Cardiff, shortly followed by the first out of Cardiff salon opened in Caerphilly. Expansion continued in the 80s & 90s with the opening of several further locations throughout Cardiff and its surrounding areas.

Inspired by their brothers, younger siblings Laz, the late Tess, George, Mario & wife Harri as well as sister Androulla with husband Mario followed into the business, starting the legacy of the Lazarou family. Nowadays the Lazarou family owns multiple salons and barber shops across South Wales, every single one demonstrating the family's passion for hairdressing and barbering.
