read moreWe offer CNC robotic MIG welding using a state of the art 6 axis Cloos ROMAT 320 which offers rapid and high quality welding with a repeatability of < 0.1 mm and twin pallets. The CNC robotic welder offers a hemispherical working envelope of approximately1200mm x 1500 mm high, suitable for components up to 1m3 although the system is more ideally suited to smaller work at higher volumes where consistent weld is important such as in items bound for a consumer market. CNC robotic welding requires a CAD CAM program which can be either set up by the machine operator or programmed offline based on solid models.

read moreWe offer vertical CNC milling with 3 and 4 axis capability. Our largest capacity vertical CNC mill offers a working area of 1000mm x 500mm x 500mm with 2000mm specialist beds on the extrusion machining mills. The majority of CNC milling production is carried out of HAAS 4 axis machining centres with working envelopes of 1000mm x 500mm x 500mm. This allows us both scaleability and versatility, minimising downtime and allowing operators to move from machine to machine with greater ease. A range of other CNC mills are supported for more specialist requirements such as large capacity machining up to 2m in length for extrusion machining.

read moreWe offer high volume sheet metal work services including forming, bending and rolling. Our facilities are equipped with 3 CNC brake presses and 1 NC brake press as well as a range of sheet rollers and fly presses. We have shearing capacity up to 2.5m for 6mm mild steel and 3mm stainless Steel. Much of the profile work which we base our sheetmetal work services on originates from with the CNC laser cutter and after forming, bending and rolling is generally moved onto the fabrication or assembly departments prior to finishing.
