We're a tiny Spanish family operated restaurant situated in the centre of the Southampton water front, less than a 5 minute walk from several of Southampton's top hotels, docks and main shopping centre. If you fancy trying lots of different flavours, La Regata's traditional tapas range is extensive, authentic and home made. From tortilla to octopus you are bound to find something you love. La Regata has a complete a la carte menu which provides a huge range of meat, poultry and fresh fish dishes and of course the traditional Spanish Paella.

read moreCome on down to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or a family dinner with us. We can cater for up to 100 guests with additional seating outside. Our set tapas menus are available upon request for all events. All we need to know is the number of people in your party, how much you wish to spend per person and if you have any preferences or dislikes. Once we know this, we can devise a tapas menu specifically for your party (parties of 6 or larger). For groups of 8 or more people we require a 5 per person deposit; on Fridays and Saturdays this is for groups of 6 or more.
