I have 2 daughters and a stepdaughter - all grown up now and doing very well. I am a keen guitarist, I read a lot, and I like to end the working day with a walk along the shore with my partner, Margaret. Once the joint owner of the business from start up, I am now an equal stakeholder with the other members of our small team, some 12 years later.
