read moreSam is our newest member of the fitness team and another great all-round trainer. Sam specialises in weight lifting so catch him on the gym floor or in one of Sam's great classes for top tips and advice. Lena is another member of the reception team, when she is not on reception you will find her teaching one of our great Zumba classes. You can join her fantastic classes on a Wednesday or Friday evening. Well what a year 2020 has been, one to forget i think. This is feeling a bit like Groundhog Day, with starting our third lockdown now were in Tier 4. I think, hope and pray that this will be the last one and they get control of the virus.

read moreDespite Gyms and Health Clubs being among the safest places to visit during this pandemic we are unfortunately been asked to close on Wednesday night the 4th December. We should be back open again on the 2nd December but we will keep you posted via email, social media and text. No need to do anything as we will be freezing your Direct Debit membership for December, it was to late to do anything and stop the payment for November. Anyone on an annual membership we will add a month on at the end. Things will change as we progress further, we remain positive and we hope these measures will only be for a short period of time, but Julie all the staff and myself are getting excited at opening up the club again and seeing (sorry no hugging) and welcoming again all our members.
