Staying in touch also means that we can all follow our ex-pupils' progress, developments and achievements, which in many cases can become a role model for existing pupils. Membership is free and lifelong. The aim of the KD Alumni is simple; to strengthen the ties that bind the alumni community together, and to work as part of the larger King David community to promote and support the current work of the School.

We endeavour to develop pupils' confidence and competence so that they become increasingly independent learners and users of French. We dedicate ourselves to fostering students' progress in the four skill areas: reading, writing, speaking and listening. In addition, we seek to increase students' understanding and cultural awareness of the contemporary society of countries where French is spoken.

The music department aims to deliver on these findings through a fun, practical and immersive musical experience. Music is a subject that should be enjoyed regardless of personal taste and preference; through the curriculum at KS3 we cover a diverse range of genres, styles and cultures with a view to expanding the musical horizons of our students.

Year 7: Students will focus on the Formal Elements of Art and Design: Line, Tone, Shape, Form, Texture, Pattern and Colour.
