They are situated in the grounds of Kerridge End House, a former Gentleman's residence built in 1837 for John Mellor. Kerridge End is in the conservation area of the village of Rainow, which lies in the foothills of the Pennines, straddling the Cheshire boundary of the Peak District National Park. Rainow is blessed with a colossal network of highly-maintained footpaths, in total 44 miles, ranging from quiet rambles to tough hill walking on rugged moors. The famous Gritstone Trail runs through the village.

The distinctive half round windows which were a prominent feature of the building have been preserved. The Stables is all on one level for easy access. The bedroom has a kingsize double bed, clock radio and hair dryer. The stunning ensuite bathroom is superbly equipped with a double steam shower enclosure, jet spa bath and bidet. A cot and high chair are available but please bring your own cot linen and bedding.
