Originally traded as a partnership between Messrs Kelly and Burnie, Kelburn was formed in 1979. The business name represented a portmanteau (or linguistic blend) of the partners surnames. From that day to the present we have remained a quality boutique consultancy that continues to uphold the founding partner's principles of Service and Integrity with Knowledge and Delivery. During the early years we operated via several individual trading names including PES Associates and Annabelle Staff Bureau.
