I am an iT consultant who has been in the business of fixing computers for over 15 years.I have worked for a number of IT companies in the past, including,
Dell, EDS and Hewlett Packard. I have always been keen on computers,
ever since I got my first, way back in the 80's. It was an Acorn
Electron. I think I still have it here somewhere!
I run my business from home. Not having a shop or office space to rent, allows me to keep the costs down
and pass those savings onto you, the customer. Most of my time is spent
at peoples homes, but I also offer business callouts, at the same
hourly rate.
I come to you, or fix your issues over the internet via remote control. So long as your computer is connected to the internet I can remote control your computer and diagnose the fault.
