Should any client during the course of our engagement feel that we have not performed as promised, then the client can deduct 10% from Keegan Whites estate agency fee for each point where we have not performed as promised.Sales particulars Will be designed to show your property in its best true light using a combination of descriptive wording, photography and floorplans.
Marketing and advertising Local advertising is crucial and your property will feature in the Bucks Free Press. Nationwide advertising is provided on Keegan Whites website and other major property portals. We have a window display designed to maximise visibility, where your property will feature until sold.
Viewings and feedback Will be arranged in advance with email confirmation. We will be on time (we cant guarantee this for prospective purchasers!) and feedback will be obtained and provided back to you within 72 hours of the viewing.
Offers and negotiation When negotiations commence we will make sure that we achieve the best possible selling price. Every situation is different and we will discuss each offer clearly and openly with you. We will not try and sell a first offer to you.
Sales progression to completion Once a sale is agreed our function to act for you remains. Keegan White rely solely on you for our income and as such steering the sale through to its conclusion is crucial to both you and us. We will be liaising with finance brokers, surveyors, solicitors and other agents that may be in the chain and keep the communication as open as possible
