On Thursday morning, I faced a sudden cancellation from another company for my son's birthday party, leaving me with only three days to find an alternative bouncy castle. The lady I spoke to at KBL went the extra mile to assist me, and this morning, a fantastic bouncy castle was delivered by delightful individuals! Thank you immensely for saving the day! KBL truly saved the day at our school fete this summer! Just three days before the event, our main attraction, Spider Mountain, canceled on us, followed by the bouncy castle supplier the next day. Despite their busiest period (mid-July), Lorraine at KBL came through for us magnificently. She provided us with a remarkable, one-of-a-kind inflatable that was a huge hit with attendees, along with a standard bouncy castle for the younger ones. I cannot speak highly enough of their service and want to extend a massive thank you to the entire KBL team!
