All our Seven Hills meat comes from farms within a 30 mile radius of our shops and is personally selected by John himself. Seven Hills beef is matured onsite for added flavour and tenderness.

read moreMarried with two teenage sons, Wayne has worked at John Crawshaw's for 23 years and you can usually find him in our Hillsborough shop. Wayne is a big football fan and an accomplished junior soccer coach. Local lad Rob has worked at John Crawshaw's for over 14 years, during which time he has learned his trade and progressed through the ranks. Outside work, Rob is a dedicated family man with children Sophie and George to keep him busy - when he gets chance, Rob also enjoys gardening and keep fit.
