Drawing has always been my starting point and from there my images are transformed into print, from screenprint, monoprint and most recently risograph prints. read moreHere is a little summary of my history and how I got to this point. As a graduate of Duncan of Jordanstone college of art in 2003, I began exhibiting work and pursuing my career as an artist, but I'd always wanted to open my own retail space and eventually I got there. Junction art and gifts was established in July 2008 and so my dream of owning my own art gallery and gift store had finally became a reality. After nearly 11 years of lots of hard work, lots and lots of ups and downs, rebranding, adding picture framing, staff and meeting many excellent artists, makers and customers, oh and starting a family along the way, I decided it was time for a change and closed the physical doors of Junction arts in April 2019.
