I'm a Nutritional Therapist further qualified in Nutritional Medicine. I've been in practice for eight years. I aid people to reach their optimum health, using diet. This is linked in with allergy and sensitivity testing. A consultation consists of going over your history, looking at past and present problems, followed by a review of your diet. I can then test for nearly 60 different foods and substances, with the option of a vitamin and mineral test. I provide ideas of breakfasts, lunches, main meals and snacks.
