JR TV Systems Ltd, the experienced consultancy, was registered by John Ross May 2002 working in the Television and Satellite reception industry. Initially operating primarily as an installation firm for residential and shared aerial systems the firm now operates almost entirely as a consultancy in the area of Digital Television Reception and signal distribution. John Ross created the business to build upon 10 years of knowledge in TV and Satellite reception with the ambition to help Local Authorities, Landlords and Housing Associations to convert their properties in preparation for Digital Switchover.
