We can also visit your "home/office" premises (this is dependant on the type of fault your device has). If we are unable to repair your faulty device at your premises, we will take it back to our computer workshop for further inspection and repair. Once inspected, we will contact you to report our findings and provide a "repair/service quote" (verbally on the phone or via an e-mail).
