John Sear - John is a qualified accountant who is a very experienced Local Authority Audit Manager. He has considerable experience and expertise of FMSiS and school finance having managed and overseen the FMSiS assessment process for a number of years for a huge Local Authority. In addition he supplies training programmes to Headteachers and Governors explaining the Financial Management Standard and how to achieve it.
