In house we are equipped with Guillotines providing a 1500mm X 3mm cutting capacity, a 75 tonne Promecam Brake Press with a full 3meter long bed, equipped with NC back stops. read moreEquipped with a Gas Fired ‘camel backed' drying oven, capable of taking a full 1 meter square panel, our paint shop provides a ‘stove enamelling' facility to complement the rest of our manufacturing processes. An overhead continues rail system allows the simultaneous hanging of multiple components prior to the painting process and the paint shop is large enough for many components to be hung ‘post curing' after travelling through the oven. A large spray booth, fitted with a ‘full water curtain fume extraction system' ensures our operators work in a safe controlled environment.

read moreOur ‘in-house' design facility is staffed by engineers whose skill set and experience includes performing complex machining tasks, sheet metal and welding/fabrication works. By utilizing this knowledge, designs are practical and take account of the manufacturing process, this enables the transition from ‘drawing board' to manufacture to be completed with the minimum of revisions or alterations to the original concept. Our standard operating platform is ‘Auto Cad', which we have found to be the most effective for the receipt or transmission of drawings to or from our clients, and also the transference of information from our design department to our manufacturing plant.

read moreOur traditionally equipped machine shop enables us to offer a comprehensive service to our clients, a skilled and flexible workforce allows us to undertake ‘one-off's', small batch and higher volume production runs with confidence. Bridgeport VMC 1000's with Heidenhain controls permits us to undertake most milling operations including "thread milling", automatic indexing and contouring. The versatility of the machine when combined with its Cad Cam facility reduces down time, speeds up programming and has proved ideal for both small and long running batch work.
