The workshops are about finding those aspects of ourselves that prevent us from living more fully. Many times this 'locked-in' energy, our buried potential, is unconscious. In order to make it conscious, we need to enable it to emerge through the body; through movement, simple art work, journaling, voice work, poetry, myths and dreams.
