read moreReiki is a form of hands on healing and helps bring balance to the body. Reiki helps on all levels physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. A full treatment lasts one hour. Shorter treatments are also available. The client remains fully clothed during the treatment. A normal treatment would cover both the back and front of the body, unless the client requires treatment on only one side. Energy generally travels to where it is needed.
