read moreJ.Still property Maintenance removed a very old bathroom suite, installed a new bath and sink and sink cabinet. The room was also retiled floor to ceiling and the ceiling was replastered.

The standard of work was excellent and I received excellent advice and help selecting new fittings and tiles. The flat is a leasehold property which makes accessing and turning off the properties water supply unviable. Mr Still showed great patience and skill when problem solving these issues to complete the work on schedule.

The replastered ceiling is a great example of attention to detail, Mr Still is not a plasterer by trade, but it needed doing, and he did a superb job which really enhanced the whole look of the room. I am delighted with the finished bathroom both in terms of the standard of work and contemporary design of the room.

read moreMr. Still realigned my large double wooden garden gates which had been damaged in the storms and consequently no longer shut properly. He fixed the alignment, replaced the screws and toughened the support posts. All in all a job well done and I will be using Mr. Stills again.

read moreIn September last year, Jason refurbished our bathroom and fitted the bathroom furniture also. He also did some painting and decorating in the house. In addition, Jason did a wonderful job of decking in our garden, fitting a new shed and, basically, giving a new look to our garden.

I would recommend Jason strongly as he is very thorough and professional. He takes pride in whatever work he undertakes and completes it neatly and on time.

In future, if I have any works to be done, I would definitely call Jason as I know I can trust him to do the work properly and professionally.

read moreJason did two jobs for me. I am happy with them both.

The first job was some major repairs and improvements to a bike shed that was rotting away from the ground up. It is now a much more robust design and all the damage parts have been replaced. I was pleased with the end result.

The second job was to replace some fence panels and erect a new fence post. It was done very throughly and securely.

read moreThe work carried out for us was quite extensive, basically doing the entire leaving room, from removing old and laying new floors, to paint ceilings, stripping all walls and re-papering them, from the leaving room all through the stairs and the landing on top. It also included transforming the stairs by building a cupboard underneath, boxing the steps and re-laying new carpet, plus painting the banister and all skirting boards.

In addition to this, a glass wall separating the rooms was also put down, and finished in preparation to installing new French doors.

All in all the transformation is spectacular, and we are extremely happy with the service, not only for its efficiency but for having been a pleasure to deal with Mr J Still all throughout the process.

He was recommended to us, and we (already have) highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking in renovating any aspects of their home with total peace of mind.
