Always on hand when you need him. Dean has been an integral staff member at JMI since 1999 and he's a real people person. He surveys, orders and schedules all the incoming work and looks after the installation teams. He can often be seen out and about on site, chatting to customers and making sure everything is running smoothly and all is going to plan.

read moreHi, I would just like to thank you and your team for the service you gave us replacing our front door. We couldn't have asked for better, from start to finish. The measurements and order were placed the same day I phoned. Once I phoned to arrange fitting, a team came the same day. The lads that fitted the door were very polite and considerate and paid great attention to detail. There was a slight hiccup when the new lock wasn't with the door, the lads had to fit the original lock, with a promise to post the new one out to us.
