read moreIris supported the Executive Team at Addaction, a leading charity working in the field of mental health and substance misuse, which has recently undergone a large scale merger and expanded into the area of mental health.

We worked collaboratively with the CEO and HR Director to develop and deliver a suite of facilitated events for the Executive Team. These were designed to accelerate integration and transformation, providing structure and support for senior leaders on this journey.
