We offer a combination of quality Studio Classes including Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyBalance, Spin, Pilates, Yoga, Conditioning classes, Toning classes, various Dance-fit style classes and other Studio Classes. I regularly attend the studio's Les Mills classes and always come out feeling better than when I went in, both physically and mentally. If you enjoy group training, I highly recommend giving ISC's studio a try. ISC studio runs a wide variety of group exercise classes that cater for all tastes and abilities and are led by professional, qualified instructors.

read moreThe Club offers a range of fitness activities at the Club for all ages and abilities. From sports based fitness activities including Cardio Tennis, racketball and squash to studio/gym classes and PT sessions. We recently upgraded our weights gym to the latest Pulse equipment including cages, olympic lifting platform, cable machine, plates and dumbells to complement our range of cardio equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, TRX unit, watt bike, concept 2 rowers and stretch area. Our studio class timetable offers over 46 classes a week, including the world-renowned Les Mills.

read moreAt Ipswich Sports Club we offer a wide range of tennis activities for all standards and ages. With our friendly and personal approach there really is something for everyone from Tiny Tots to Senior sessions. There is a surface to suit everyone too. We have a total of 11 courts - 3 indoor courts, 3 floodlit astro courts and 5 floodlit hard courts, 3 of which are under the Air Dome between October and March. There are many playing opportunities available to members including Club Morning/Afternoon/Evenings, inter-club doubles matches and internal singles Box Leagues.
