Jess was really helpful, came back with competitive quotes from the market for Critical Illness cover and Income Protection cover (inc. for Type 1 Diabetes). Good understanding of the policies with clearly explained t&c's. Accessible & knowledgeable. Easy to do business with. Would defo recommend.

Friendly and efficient service. Was feeling a bit apprehensive about discussing personal medical issues, but needn't have worried, Suzie was friendly and helpful, I didn't feel pressured and the cover was set up very quickly, without fuss, thank you.

I have dealt with a gentleman called Sam Cox and he couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable at all. From start to finish he was great and managed to get me insurance when every single other insurance company declined. After reaching a dead end on insurance due to preexisting conditions, I found this company via Google and boy am I glad I did. I was put in touch with Dianne, who, let me tell you, was a god send. She was a delight to speak to on the phone, was very clear in what was happening and kept in communication on each step until we arranged a cover that was suitable for me. I couldn't sing any higher praises, I am beyond happy with my experience.

Could not recommend The Insurance Surgery enough! Suzie provided an amazing service, I had been trying to get cover for years and nobody would provide me with life insurance due to my past medical history. Suzie managed to find my husband and I quotes and have them set up within 2 days. Suzie even managed to find cover for my husband at a much cheaper rate than he been quoted on comparison sites. What an incredible service! I would absolutely recommend the insurance surgery. I was struggling to get insurance applications accepted which caused significant stress as talking about medical/ mental health history and struggles can be very traumatic. As soon as I reached out to the insurance surgery, they acted promptly (calling within an hour) and so informative. Karl Waterhouse acted with such reassurance and sensitivity and completely transformed a difficult scenario into one in which I felt at ease, no judgement and explained everything so thoroughly.

It's most definitely a company who truly live out their ethos and genuinely care about their customers. I can not thank Karl enough for making me feel so looked after and finding the best solution for me at a great price. Truly grateful.

Karl helped me no end and kept me on track. After struggling with different brokers for over 3 years. And always been refused. Julie got me sorted a lot quicker than we thought. she was the first person to ask certain questions and got me sorted in less than 2 weeks. I am now covered! and soo happy Highly recommend! and julie THANKYOU

I dealt with Julie, who was friendly and knowledgeable all the way through the process. I have had an organ transplant and so found it virtually impossible to get any cover. Julie worked with me and although the process took some time, got it all sorted for me. If you are struggling to get cover due to pre existing health conditions then I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a complex life insurance query and was having difficulty finding someone to cover me. Fantastic service. Greg Townsend worked with me to secure life cover I never thought I would get. He steered me through the significant challenges with my GP surgery and in the end the cover was higher than I requested with a lower than predicted price. Highly recommended

Unfortunately I had to wait 3 months (due to my circumstances changing) from when I initially spoke to Greg, to when I could take out the insurance.
