I willmeticulously formulate a realistic plan to help you progress with your trainingand long term health goals but also have the versatility and experience torespond and adjust as your needs change. I have trained clients for triathlons,marathons and every sport you can imagine. I have also trained clientswith a range of ongoing medical conditions and significant physical limitations.I have experience working closely with GPs, Physiotherapists, ExercisePhysiologists and Specialists. If you have niggles, a pre-existing conditionor past injuries that have been exacerbated from exercise in the past or havejust held you back physically in any way. read moreWoking Park is the venue for the very popular Saturday Bootcamp led by Rob

Since 2008, the Bootcamp has attracted regular members of all fitness levels participating in a enjoyable, special and fun way of getting fit.

Sessions are never the same with an extensive range of changing exercises, helping to improve your health and fitness.

Extra sessions have been added during the week throughout the spring and summer, due to popularity and demand.

Every Saturday 9.30-10.45 and once per month a 3 hour bootcamp is held.

Bootcamp is on regardless of the weather.

I was overweight and very unmotivated but with the best intentions as a lot of people are Im sure! Rob has bridged the gap that is needed between a mate at the gym and a personal trainer so your are pushed along but do not get the feeling that it is a regimental lesson and therefore do not dread turning up for! Robs approach has left me feeling I am achieving all my goals and more to point smashing them with ease but while feeling totally happy. As they say the camera doesnt lie and I have pictures of me 18 months ago at over 18.5 stone, I am now under 14 and still continuing but also fit and enjoy exercise. Rob can identify with you personally and see what you need physically and combine the two giving a professional work out that changes every time, but also valuable friendly advise to keep things working in the time between working out. In short I have been inspired and learning all the time but above all looking and feeling great finally after 32 years!
