Martial Arts Club in Norwich, Norfolk CHOY LI FUT is the name of the Kung fu system we teach. The system combines the footwork of the northern Chinese style with southern-style hand techniques. Our style emphasises relaxed internal power over stiff, muscular force. Done at full speed, CLF forms supply a perfect cardiovascular workout while improving strength and flexibility. CLF includes short and long selection punches, kicks, sweeps, takedowns, lethal pressure point attacks, joint locks and grappling.
