Delighted with the service received from Tom Storey & the Lettings team. I moved to Horton & Storey from another lettings agency, and the difference is chalk & cheese. H&S have done exactly what they said they would do, in the timeframe they said they would do it. They provided advice prior to marketing, managed numerous tenant applications for my property, conducted robust reference & credit checks, were responsive to all my questions and preferences.

They have provided me with a much more robust contract (which I was able to review and comment on in advance of signing), a very professionally done inventory report (which I never had from previous letting agency), etc. I have a new tenant moving in today within only a month of marketing the property - and they found me several prospective tenants to choose from. Thank you to Tom, Jennifer & Charlotte, I very much look forward to working with you in the future!

Fabulous service. Tom, Florence & Emma helped with the presentation and photos/video of the house. They went over and above when holding views as we were on holiday. Offers were quickly secured. Towards the completion of the purchase, any difficulties we experienced with the other parties Justyn was quick to step in and help. Highly recommend.

Very polite and professional viewing with all of the necessary information and readily available for any questions. Also followed up to see how the viewing went. I would be happy to use Horton & Storey again if any other properties of interest became available.

Purchased a property with Horton and Storey. Emma was very good in keeping us informed of progress and liaising with the solicitors. We felt very well informed and kept up to date. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is due to the difficulty we had in getting a viewing in the first place. We enquired on the property almost immediately upon it being listed on rightmove and demonstrated proof of funds.

We were booked in to view the following Saturday. Then we were informed viewings were being brought forward to take place on the Monday. It took a lot of liaising with different appointment slots we were offered being given away before we did get a slot. It was the last slot so we felt like we very nearly missed out. All's well that ends well, and I would recommend them as an estate agents, but this was slightly frustrating at the start of the process.

Everyone at Horton and Storey were fantastic at helping us through the sometimes tricky path of moving home. From the initial visit, to great quality photos taken of our old home, the team were all incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful to the extreme, assisting in any way they could. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Justyn, Tom, Emma and Casey were all instrumental in helping us find our first home and they were extremely responsive and supportive all along the way. I am gutted to of not had the opportunity to meet all of the team in person due to Covid but from our correspondence over the phone they are really lovely people. Whenever we needed to clarify or chase something the team were always happy to chase up with the other parties in the chain and help push things along.

Just had a survey carried out by Tom Storey. From start to finish completely professional, first class service. The report is very thorough and simple to follow, clearly identifying the important parts. The after report treatment has been second to none, kind, courteous, efficient and helpful. I have no hesitation is recommending their services and would not hesitate to return should I require another survey.

I would highly recommend instructing Justyn at Horton & Storey. He dealt with the purchase of my son's property on Dickens Heath and I can honestly say that during the whole process, Justyn kept us informed every step of the way. If we ever had any questions, he would revert straight back to the vendor to obtain the answers and if we wanted another viewing, he booked us in straightaway.

Nothing was too much trouble. He also chased solicitors and was always one step ahead. The property completed in record time thanks to Justyn!. When we come to sell our house in the future, we will definitely instruct Horton & Storey. Very impressed with the service we received.
